1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and personalized solutions, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or accessed.
2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
Virtual Tour Creation Services
- No refunds will be issued once the virtual tour creation process has begun or digital files have been delivered.
- If there is a technical issue or error caused by us, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
- Refund requests may be accepted before the project has started, with written confirmation and valid reason. A 20% processing fee may be deducted.
Stall Bookings for Exhibitions
- Stall bookings are non-refundable once the stall is confirmed and allocated.
- In case of cancellation before 7 days of the exhibition date, a 50% refund may be considered.
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Website/Design/Other Digital Services
- Once a service has been initiated (like website design, hosting setup, or branding), it is considered non-refundable.
- If you are dissatisfied with any service, we request that you contact us directly and we’ll do our best to resolve your concerns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
